• Late cancellations may be subject to fees

• We cannot guarantee modifications for orders already in preparation

• Customers must pick up orders within 1 hour of notified readiness

• Unclaimed orders may be disposed of and are non-refundable

5. Reservations

5.1 Booking Terms

• Reservations are held for 1 hour past the booked time

• Late arrivals may result in cancellation of the reservation

• Large party reservations 6 or more may require:

  • Pre-order or limited menu

  • Deposit or pre-payment

  • Minimum spend requirement

  • Cancellation policy of 24 hours

5.2 Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 1 hour in advance

• Repeated no-shows may result in reservation privileges being revoked

• Special events or holiday reservations may have stricter cancellation policies

6. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are valid for 1 year from purchase date

• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced

• Cannot be combined with other offers unless specified

• No cash value except where required by law
